Abiding in the Vine is the only place of safety, it is the only place where the anointing is, it is the only place where we can bear fruit….

Yohanan/John 15:4-9[1]

Vs.4 “Stay in Me, and I stay in you.  As the branch is unable to bear fruit of itself, unless it stays in the vine, so neither you, unless you stay in Me.

Vs,5 “I am the vine, you are the branches.  He who stays in Me, and I in him, he bears much fruit.  Because without Me you are able to do naught”

Vs.6 If anyone does not stay in Me, he is thrown away as a branch and dries up. And they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned.

Vs.7 If you stay in Me, and My words stay in you, you shall ask whatever you wish, and it shall be done for  you.

Vs.8 “In this My Father is esteemed, that you bear much fruit, and you shall be my taught ones.”

Vs.9 “As the Father has loved Me, I have also loved you. Stay in my love.”

Nugget: The early followers of Yeshua were called Notzrim, not because they came from Nazareth, but because they were followers of the Netzer (meaning branch or sprout ref Isa. 11:1-2). Notzrim means branches. It gives new meaning to he Master’s words, “I am the vine and your are the branches.”

To this very day, Hebrew speaking Jews continue to refer to believers in Yeshua as Notzrim.[2]

Yeshua may I never abide anywhere except in your vine as one of your branches that fruit may abound in my life to the Glory of YHWH.

Shalom Aleychem B’Shem Yeshua
